Was so excited to have Stitches move into my island. However, I wasn’t aware that once a plot is left over for a certain amount of time a random villager moves in. I was disappointed that I had to cancel my order. I was refunded my money within the same day. Love this company. Once one of my villagers moves out I will be making another purchase.

So, one thing about this whole experience is that it’s made amazing not just by getting to get your villager but also by the person helping you, their customer service is gold. Truly gold. Amazing! During the time i first when to pick up Marshal, Animal crossing had maintenance issues. They were super kind about it and told me as soon as the issues were over that id be able to pick him up soon. It went super quick, and I got him the same day! Super happy that lil Marshal's on my island now <3 Hardest part was kicking off a villager but time travel helped out a ton :P
