We will reach out when its ready. You will get an email and text (Texts only if you are in the USA) to let you know the order is ready for you. We do this sameday. If there is a delay you will either find this unavailable on the site or will be told.

What Pokemon are included?
This service will complete the entire Lumiose and Hyperspace Pokedex.
If a shiny pokemon is legal and possible it will be included.
One of every Nonshiny Pokemon in the game is included.

Are the Pokemon Battle Ready?
Most (95%) IV are at max.
Natures, EV’s and moves are not optimized and untouched.
Players can customize these stats in game to fit their desired teams.

Are Shiny Locked Pokemon included?
No. Hoopa, Volcanion, Marshadow - etc Shiny’s are not included.

There are more Shiny Locked pokemon, please do your research or check the listing photos to see what you will be receiving. 

You have Shiny Locked Pokemon listed - is it legit?
We include any events we have on hand that helps complete your collection.
If we do not have a backup of an official event you will not receive it in this service.
Eternal Floette & Colcanion are shiny locked for example and shiny rarity will not be included. 

Are the Pokemon from Legends Z-A?
Yes, most Pokemon will be caught from Z-A. 

A few legendary’s & events will be from previous games.
The complete Vivillon set comes from Pokemon Y & X 3DS games.

Are any items included?
No, that is not how Pokemon Home works.

What Pokemon Cannot be included?
Unbound Hoopa, Event Shining Zeraora, Event Shining Keldeo create various errors and CANNOT be included.

Others on this list:
Shining Cobalion, Shining Terrakion, Shining Virizion, Shining Meloetta and Shining Genesect are not included as they cannot come from Z-A currently.
 

Will you make an edit OR change for me upon request?
No. 

What's the OT?
 "Ash" when possible. If they are events they will have the event OT or Ash. 

Can these go online? 

Currently yes and don't foresee any reason for that to change. If that happens, this service will be either edited or removed. 

Use common sense and don't take duplicated services like these to official tournaments meant for people who caught and trained their own teams.
I/E: Do not fly to a different country with a team you did not personally customize every aspect of. This is meant for casual players looking to complete their collection, play with friends and fight various others online.
