If you want more than 6 customized Pokemon
Requests and custom pokemon take a high attention to detail to make sure is done, checked twice and shipped on time. It can get stressful easily. We've been doing this since before 2019 and found that we can safely give people up to 6 without charging.
If you need more than 6 customized Pokemon, please use the tip function during checkout.
People ask how much to tip. The usual rate is a dollar per request.
We leave it to customers to tip accordingly and only ever cancel orders that are too much to handle or they didn't respect our time enough. We do cancel & refund orders we don't want to do.
Please treat our team with respect in our communication and as long as someone here wants to complete your order and requests then we will process it and tell you when to expect your tracking number. If we need to cancel your order for any reason we will and make sure you are fully 100% refunded when that decision has been made.

ID's and SID - please make it clear if you need this to match your ID and SID and if you needed that custom too.
Using Pokemon Bank and Home
Please make it clear to us if you are backing the game we will be working on to Home, Bank or the internet. We can cut corners and provide a lot more assistance for custom orders if we know you wont be using them on the internet.
Please keep in mind that using edited Pokemon in official tournaments is not recommended and should not be done.
Please do not request Pokemon if you are going to be using them with anything official.
Custom orders on eBay, Etsy and Amazon
We do not provide anything 'custom' besides trainer name and gender on commerce sites.
We do not take custom orders or provide edits outside of our website. Commerce sites like Etsy and eBay don't give us enough time to process and ship an order that needs high attention to detail. Commerce sites need things shipped as soon as possible and we've learned that if we hold a package for even a day after its supposed to be shipped we get all sorts of trouble from their automated system.
After you order
After you order, we reach out by email within 24 hours to confirm the following details:
Name, Gender, address and if you needed anything else with your order.
We will follow up after your response letting you know we are processing the order and when to expect your tracking details. Once the order is shipped you will get a follow up email with your tracking information, your order details and where to locate anything custom you have requested.
How long should an order take to process and ship?
You should expect your order to ship in less than 2 weeks on average.
It depends on what you asked for, what were working on and if there is any holidays going on. After you order we make it very clear when to expect your tracking details and games.
Requesting Event Pokemon
Event Pokemon are different than mythicals and legendary's. You have to usually go to a movie, open a physical pack or go to a store to get them. If we have a copy of an event you request, we would be more than happy to make sure its included if you request it.
If we do not have it, we don't have it, we can't edit one for you. Please understand that its impossible to have "all events" (We get that request at least once a month).
Can I send you my personal games for you to work on?
No. Nope. People ruined that years ago by failing to mail things properly, sending us fake games, It always has a problem sooner or later and is not worth doing. No.
If you need something from our store, and its still in stock, order it and we will send it to you.
Are the games authentic?
Yes. They are genuine cartridges. We refuse to sell bootlegged, fake games. Each game we have is checked to make sure it is an authentic Nintendo cartridge. Fake games have issues saving, transferring and overall lead to negative experiences which we don't want any association.
All 3ds, GBA, Gameboy and Nintendo DS games are going to have original hardware.
